Nicole Istanbul: 7 Notes on the Terrace, Menu and Booking
Plan Nicole through seven verified notes, from its historic Tomtom setting and two tasting menus to current prices and allergy notice.

Nicole brings together the historic setting on the top floor of Tomtom Suites, views toward the Old City and contemporary Turkish tasting menus. This guide moves beyond terrace imagery to verify menu timing, current prices and reservation conditions from the restaurant’s official page.
The setting
Nicole occupies the top floor of a building constructed in 1901 and once home to Franciscan nuns. The restaurant is named after former resident Agnés Marthe Nicole. Its official site describes terrace views toward the Old City, Princes’ Islands and beyond.
History and view are part of the experience, but the dining format is a structured tasting service. Choose booking time not only around sunset but also around the menu you want.

The longer Menu No.1 is served until 20:30.

Food allergies should be disclosed while booking.
A dated price snapshot
When checked on 12 August 2026, the official page—marked updated 28 July 2026—listed Menu No.1 at TRY 8,100 and Menu No.2 at TRY 7,500 per person. Wine and beer pairings were priced separately and taxes were stated as included.
The same page explicitly says menu items and prices may change by the visit date. Use these figures as a planning snapshot and rely on the official menu when booking.

Who is Nicole best for?
It can be a strong choice for couples and occasion tables seeking a structured contemporary Turkish tasting menu in a historic setting with a terrace view. It does not fit groups wanting the long menu late or different menu lengths at the same table.
